Hi there! 👋
The easiest and most-common way to copy URLs is by finding media in a search engine. However, if you want to use content of your own you can simply assign a URL by uploading your photo or video to sites like Imgur or Kapwing.
👉 If you don't want a public site just upload them to your My Assets folder in WOXO and learn how to use your assets in a spreadsheet in this tutorial.
Let's begin! 😎
Images on the Internet
Search on any browser and look for the right image.
Right-click on the image.
Select the image URL by clicking one of these:
Chrome - Click Copy Image Address
Firefox - Click Copy Image Location
Microsoft Edge - Click Copy link
Internet Explorer - Click Properties, select the URL to the right of the address heading and press Ctrl+C.
Safari - Click Copy Image Address
Proceed to copy the image's URL
Photos on your own Media Library
If you want to assign a URL to a photo from your computer, you can upload it to any file-hosting site and then just copy its link.
👉 Imgur is the most common file-hosting site.
Click on New Post located at the top of the home page.
Select an image from your computer.
Click Copy Link located to the right of the image's URL in the upper-right side of the page. This will copy the image's URL to your computer's clipboard.
Last but not least, verify the link.
Videos on the Internet
Search on any browser. We highly recommend Pexels to find exactly what you're looking for!
Right-click on the video.
Copy the videos's URL. You'll click on the following option in the drop-down menu: Copy Video Adress.
And that's it: CONGRATULATIONS! You're ready to get any URL and take your video marketing to the next level 🚀 Copy, paste and have fun!
