Let's learn how you can transform a Google Spreadsheet into multiple videos in just a few seconds. By the end of this tutorial, you'll be ready to go!💥
Here you can find a short Video Tutorial or if you preferred to read a Step-by-step Tutorial just keep scrolling.
Step 1: Use Excel or Google Spreadsheets
Open up an Excel or Google Spreadsheet to begin.
Step 2: Understand the Basics
Let's now continue by understanding the basic's of the actual video structure:
Each video is composed by scenes, each scene is composed by three key elements:
Media: Any photo or video you wish to include! Please, use the corresponding URL in the Spreadsheet for it to work smoothly. (If you're not sure what URL to use, you can quickly learn which one to use here).
Title: Text's Title
Text: Text's Subtitle
Remember: Check Copyright Status when you upload your own elements‼️
Step 3: Create your own table
If you want to create a table for a generic video you should structure it something like this:
For example, in Google Spreadsheets it will look something like this:
Remember each row corresponds to one video, in this example we would have three videos.
You can add as many scenes as you want! Just be sure to use the exact column's headers.
To make it easier, we suggest you to copy and paste and simply change the number that follows each key element.
Step 4: Customization
Now let's customize your video, you'll just need to add the corresponding headers to your table, which are the following:
Take into account that the system is key-sensitive, so make sure to type accurately.
Font, Music and Brand: Use any type of font, music or brand font you wish. You can even upload your own or simply use the ones already available. Again, just remember to check the copyright status.
Background and Text Color: You can type the color as long as it's compatible with HTML and CSS or type the actual code that you'll find here.
Text Style: Choose from Solid, Criss Cross, Basic, Step Up or Step Center.
Text Position: Choose from Bottom; Centered; or Top and/or any combination. (Top, Centered, Top would be a great combination if your video had three scenes for example).
Scene Transition: Choose from Random, Directional-Left, Dummy, BowTieVertical and Window-slice. You can find more in the editor!
Video Shape: Choose any dimension that works for you from 9:16, 16:9, 1:1 and 4:5. (If for instance, you were making a video for an Instagram Post 1:1 would work best).
And that's it: CONGRATULATIONS! You're ready to create as many videos as you wish and take your video marketing game to the next level 🚀
