Hi there, Woxian! Here's a brief explanation about how to connect and use Zapier and WOXO Video Maker. Let's get started! 💥

Step 1:

Accept our invite to Zapier. To do this, you need to get to Export Page in WOXO and build your videos first. Once the "Download All" & "Share" buttons appear - hand in hand with the Dynamic Content toggle! Click on the button "Share" which is located at the right top corner.

Step 2:

A set of sharing options will appear in a pop-up box. You'll find Zapier at the bottom next to Calendar. When you click on it, a message will appear.

Step 3:

Remember, it's your first time connecting WOXO with Zapier or any other tool for that matter. In this case, you'll need to click on "Invite" in order to get the integration invite in Zapier. This will activate WOXO as one of your tools for any future Zaps.

Step 4:

Now, accept the invite by clicking on "Accept Invite & Build a Zap", the orange button down below and you'll be ready to build Zaps with WOXO. Remember, there's no need go through this process every time, just this once!

Now each time you build your videos in WOXO and click on "Trigger Event" you'll be ready.

Step 5:

In addition, you'll need to set up Zaps with WOXO, in order to trigger events.

As you may know, in order to set up actions in Zaps we need to define the required fields. This can change depending on the platform and event type, but the most common fields are:

File Name: For when the media's name is required, "File Name" is the field with the correct data.
Video: If you want to schedule, save or send videos be sure to choose "Video" (But wait a minute, it doesn't allow videos? Don't worry, we have a trick for that below.)
Schedule Date: WOXO Calendar Ideas allows you to organize your videos with designated dates and simply add it in "Schedule Date".

Pst! Here are other fields that may be of interest to you.

Thumbnail: For images! Very useful if you want to send a thumbnail of the video (For example by e-mail).
Preview: A GIF created with scenes from your videos. It's perfect for tools like Buffer or any scheduling tool that doesn't allow scheduling videos through Zapier (GIFs are a convenient option when images or videos are a no-no).
Share Link: A landing page with all your videos. Be ready to share with your clients through messaging tools or an e-mail list.
Download Link: A link that allows the recipient to click and simply, download the video.
