Are you ready to learn how to create your first Zaps with WOXO? Let's go! ๐Ÿ˜‰ Here you'll find everything you need to know about how to correctly set up WOXO to a Google Drive Zap.

Step 1:

Create a new Zap from the Zapier dashboard. Click on "Make a Zap".

Step 2:

Type WOXO on the Search Bar to find our tool integration invite.

Use a name you can identify later! (For example: WOXO to Drive).

Click on "Trigger Event: New Video". This means it will trigger when a new video is generated. In this case when a project of one or various videos is exported from WOXO.

Step 3:

Log In to your WOXO account and click on "Yes, Continue".

Note: If you Signed up to WOXO with your Google or Facebook account, you need to generate a key to use as your password.

To get it, go to your dashboard, then My Account. Scroll down and click on Generate key - and just like that, you'll get a password to authenticate your WOXO account in Zapier.

Just copy that API key and paste that in the password field.

Step 4:

Let's test the trigger! Don't mind the options in there, just pick one! Don't worry about which one you'll pick. This will just test the trigger and it won't affect your Zap.

Step 5: Set up Action

First, choose Google Drive as the App. Then select which event you desire to perform each time you click on "Trigger Event" on WOXO. You may also want to save your finished videos in a specific folder within your Google Drive. Just pick Upload File to do so.

Step 6:

Log In to your desired Google account.

Step 7:

This is the last step. It may seem a little bit complicated at first but I promise you it's not!

- Choose your Drive account.

- Pick a folder in your Drive where you want all the videos you send from WOXO to be saved to (You need to have an existing folder in Google Drive to save your videos. Be sure to created it first!).

- In the "File" field, choose Video (You may have to click on "Show All Options" for the drop down menu to appear).

- As you might notice, there are other options. In this case, we leave it as "False".

- In the File Name field, choose the file's name.

Now test to verify everything is working as it should and turn your Zap on. Voilรก! ๐Ÿ’ƒ

Now each time you click on "Trigger Event" , your built videos will be saved automatically to your selected folder in Google Drive.

And that's it: CONGRATULATIONS! You're ready to create as many videos as you wish and take your video marketing game to the next level ๐Ÿš€
