Hi there Woxians! Today we present another practical use case that will allow us to convert your shop into video products and send them to Facebook Pages. We know, cool, right?

Let's get started with some elements we'll be using:

Step 1: Scrape your site

Using the extension from before, scrape part or all the products from Shopify. Once finished, you'll have a .csv file ready to go

Step 2: Creating a Spreadsheet

Take the information from the .csv and pasted it into a new tab on Spreadsheets. Now use that information to create a brand new video template! Here's the example used on the video:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1KiFWGQJmvfeNYS9bkhDOtDxbqrh_xjHn8GS29jFyBLg/edit?usp=sharing

Remember to add a Date Column at the end that we'll be using later πŸ˜‰

Step 3: Setting an Everyday Trigger

We're going to set a trigger that will happen everyday at a set time. Like this:

Step 4: Lookup Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets

Now, we're going to connect to Google Sheets and remember the columns with the date? We'll be looking for a match there with the current date and boom! We have a match and we have a video to create! πŸ₯³

Step 5: Connect your WOXO account (via Webhooks)

Customize a Webhook integration with WOXO.

For this you will need to enter the following information:

  • Data:

    {
    "data": [{
    "Media 1": "yourinfo",
    "Media 2": "yourinfo",
    "Media 3": "yourinfo",
    "Text 1": "yourinfo",
    "Text 2": "yourinfo ",
    "Text 3": "yourinfo",
    "Title 1": "yourinfo",
    "Title 2": "yourinfo",
    "Title 3": "yourinfo",
    "TextPosition": "yourinfo",
    "TextColor": "yourinfo",
    "BackgroundColor": "yourinfo",
    "TextStyle": "yourinfo",
    "Video Shape": "yourinfo",
    "Brand": "yourinfo",
    "Font": "yourinfo",
    "FontSize":"yourinfo",
    "Transition": "yourinfo",
    "Music": "yourinfo"
    }]
    }

  • URL: https://api.woxo.tech/video/native/generate

  • Headers:

    • Team & Token: you can get this under the My Account menu on WOXO - just scroll down until you find this:

    • Content-Type: application/json

Step 6: Select the delay time for triggering the video creation and posting

In here we'll add a little delay as to make sure that the videos are generated properly and we're giving some time (exactly 2 minutes!) to the editor to do they magic ✨

Step 7: Connect WOXO and set Video Code to Success Code

Now it's time to get the video! Select was the Action Event: Webhooks + GET and make sure that you have filed the Video Code with the Success code from Step 2 (WOXO Episode I)

Now in URL you'll need to fill the following:

Step 8: Connect to Facebook Pages

In this case we're going to be updating a specific Facebook account, to sync with your page.

Now fill out the details (such as description, hashtags and so) to post the video that will be generated from WOXO.

Step 9: Last step - Verification

Go over your Workflow to see everything's looking how you want and that's it! You're ready to activate the flow, sit back and relax while the automations take place πŸ₯³

And that's it: CONGRATULATIONS! You're ready to create as many videos as you'd like and take your video marketing game to the next level πŸš€
